Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Personal Advisor.

The PA will work closely with partners to support and enable young people in care as care leavers from age 18 up to 25 who are eligible for leaving care services to make a successful transition to adulthood through practical and planned interventions.
PA visits are at a minimum frequency of 8 weeks.

Person centred recording is required. Pathway Plans are completed by the PA whenever a significant change occurs, or at a minimum of 6 monthly.

The successful candidate must have previous PA experience.
