Rate: up to £30.20 per hour
 
We are recruiting for motivated qualified social worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 
This is a qualified role requiring you to be SWE registered and have relevant experience within adult services.
 
This placement will be working in the Safeguarding Team where they will be working with adults at risk of abuse and neglect who require support to reduce risks and improve their wellbeing. Working within a multi-agency team and keeping the adult at the centre of their safeguarding.
 
As part of this role, you will be required to complete Section 42 enquires, risk assessments and safety planning.
 

• Deliver genuine people-centred, strengths-based support, with a focus on what those we work with tell us will make the biggest difference to them. Using your creativity to deliver the best outcomes for local people.
• Implement, review and monitor actions and outcomes in line with individual with support and protection plans. * Make changes and amendments as the needs of the individual change and evolve
• Work in line with best practice legislation, policy and guidance to promote the wellbeing and dignity of service users
• You will be expected to travel throughout the authority and surrounding area so must have a full valid driving licence with regular access to a vehicle, or have alternative appropriate means of travel.

 
This role will be hybrid working within the Badminton Road offices and at home. Part-time hours will be considered.
