We are recruiting for motivated qualified social worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 
This is a qualified role requiring you to be SWE registered and have relevant experience within adult services.
 
In our Adult Social Care Hospital Team, we support our most vulnerable residents to get their lives firmly on track using a strength-based approach, keeping the person at the heart of everything we do. It’s why our social workers have the time to get to know everyone they work with.
