Internal Sales & Customer Support – FTC Location: Wolverhampton

Are you passionate about sales and building lasting customer relationships? Do you enjoy seeing a sale through from first contact to final delivery? We’re working with a well-established and supportive business in Wolverhampton, looking for a proactive and personable Internal Sales & Customer Support Executive to join their team on a fixed-term basis.
In this role, you won’t be making cold calls all day – instead, you’ll be re-engaging lapsed customers, responding to incoming enquiries, and developing long-term partnerships. You’ll handle everything from initial outreach, quoting and sampling, through to order management and follow-up.
What you'll be doing:- Proactively reaching out to existing and lapsed customers to re-establish and grow relationships
- Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry to order fulfilment
- Sending tailored quotes and organising product samples
- Following up on samples, checking stock, and ensuring customers have what they need
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business
- Keeping the CRM system updated with key activity and notes
What we're looking for:- Previous experience in Internal Sales, Account Management, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships over the phone and via email
- Excellent attention to detail – you’ll be juggling multiple customer needs at once
- Experience in a manufacturing or product-based business is desirable
- Confident using IT systems and CRMs to track customer activity
