Fixed Term Contract – Full Time, 37.5 hours
Salary: £28,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service focused individual to join a well-established company based in Wolverhampton on a fixed-term contract.

This role plays a vital part in guiding the sales process — from maintaining relationships with existing customers to supporting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers
- Prepare quotes and issue to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Support conversions of sales leads
- Generate leads
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an outbound sales or sales support environment
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
