PDT Horizons is currently recruiting a Skills Employment Advisor to join our dedicated team in Gloucester, paying £26.5k per annum.
In this role, you will work closely with learners and employers to match skills with opportunities, support career progression, and ensure successful employment outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, guiding and motivating learners, and supporting employers to meet their workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing employers.
- Match learners to suitable employers and work experience opportunities.
- Profile learners to assess skills, experience, and readiness for employment.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual data collection and reporting requirements.
Skills and ExperienceEssential:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a target-driven environment.
- Experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:- Knowledge of the employability or recruitment sector.
- Experience providing advice, guidance, or mentoring to learners or jobseekers.
- Full driving licence.

Additional Information- Location: Office-based role – Gloucester GL3 1JZ
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required).
