West London Primary School | Full-Time
Pertemps Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming mainstream Primary school in West London that is seeking full-time SEN Support Staff to work within their Additional Resource Provision (ARP).
This role involves supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, EHCPs and challenging behaviour in a specialist provision within the school.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support within the ARP
- Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and learning
- Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP targets
- Promote a calm, structured and positive learning environment
- Previous experience working with SEN pupils is essential
- Experience supporting ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs
- Confident managing challenging behaviour positively
- Patient, resilient and proactive approach
