fantastic specialist SEN school in West London to recruit
qualified Speech and Language Therapists to join their supportive and forward-thinking team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-resourced setting supporting children and young people with a range of
special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and associated communication needs. The school places a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration and holistic support, ensuring therapy is fully embedded within pupils’ educational journeys.
The role:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy interventions to pupils with diverse communication needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to assessments, reports, EHCP targets, and review meetings
- Support communication development across the school environment

The successful candidate will:
- Hold a recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- Be registered with the HCPC (or in the process of registering)
- Have experience working with children and young people with SEN (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
- Be proactive, flexible, and passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs
