Pertemps Education are seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to join a welcoming secondary school in Wembley. This is an excellent opportunity for confident classroom practitioners who are looking for flexible, day-to-day work supporting students across a variety of subjects.
Role Overview As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, in line with school policies.
- Provide guidance and support to students to ensure learning continues.
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor (or similar classroom-based role).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to deliver a range of subjects using teacher-provided resources.
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to work.
- A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
- Flexible day-to-day work to suit your schedule.
