Are you an experienced HLTA ready to make a difference in a vibrant primary school?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity to support learning and development in a dynamic classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons across key stages
- Assisting with planning, preparation, and resource management
- Providing targeted support to pupils, including those with additional needs
- Supervising activities and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
- Contributing to the overall wellbeing and progress of students
- Proven HLTA experience in a primary school setting
- Ideally, hold a Level 3 HLTA qualification or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Immediate start with ongoing work for the Summer Term
