Job Description
Are you passionate about education and ready to make a positive impact in the classroom? We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide essential support to students and teachers across various subjects in a dynamic school environment.
Position: Learning Support Assistant
Pay: £90-£100 per day
Location: Enfield
Interview Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons across a range of subjects.
- Help maintain classroom order, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help with specific subjects or tasks.
- Work closely with students to develop study skills, build confidence, and encourage a love for learning.
- Assist teachers in preparing learning materials and organizing classroom resources.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people (voluntary or paid) is desirable.
- Recent graduate with a strong academic background.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with both students and staff.
