SEN Teaching Assistant – Enfield – Immediate Start Are you a skilled and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant school setting? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic TA with a strong background in supporting students with SEN, particularly those with SEMH needs, to assist teachers and help foster a positive learning environment across a range of subjects.
Pay: £90-£105 per day
Location: Enfield

Key Responsibilities: - Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging, accessible lessons across a range of subjects.
- Support classroom management, helping to maintain a positive and focused learning environment, especially for students with SEMH challenges.
- Provide tailored one-on-one and group support to students, with particular emphasis on supporting those requiring SEN and SEMH assistance.
- Help students develop study skills, build confidence, and foster a love for learning.
- Prepare and organise learning materials and classroom resources that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Contribute to the overall welfare and personal development of students, with sensitivity to the social and emotional needs of students with SEN and SEMH.
Requirements: - Proven experience working with children or young people, particularly supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A genuine passion for education, with a commitment to promoting student achievement and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with students and staff.
