Teaching Assistant - Haringey - Immediate Start
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive team at a school in Haringey. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development, working alongside teachers to deliver high-quality education within a safe and engaging learning environment.

Pay: £90.00 - £110.00 per day
Location: Haringey
Start Date: November
Interview Date: ASAP

Key Responisibilities
- Lesson Support: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging, accessible lessons across various subjects.
- Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive, focused learning environment, particularly for students with SEMH challenges.
- Individual & Group Support: Provide one-on-one and group assistance, with emphasis on SEN and SEMH needs.
- Skill Development: Encourage students to build study skills, confidence, and a love for learning. 
- Resource Preparation: Organise and prepare learning materials and resources to support diverse learning needs.
- Student Welfare: Contribute to students' personal and social development with sensitivity to their SEN and SEMH needs.

Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience working with children or young people, particularly supporting students with SEN and SEMH.
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for Education: A commitment to supporting student achievement and well-being.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with students and staff.
