Job Description
Pertemps Education is working in partnership with a one-form entry primary school in Lambeth that is looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Class Teacher from September 2025.
Location: Lambeth
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Salary: M1 – M3 (Dependent on Experience) + Inner London Allowance

About the Role:
- Full-time class teacher role within a one-form entry setting
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum
- Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Use ongoing assessment to support pupil progress and attainment
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, specialist staff, and leadership to meet the needs of all learners
- Participate fully in the wider life of the school community, including events and professional development
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have classroom experience within a UK primary school (applications welcomed from ECTs and experienced teachers)
- Be reflective, well-organised, and committed to continuous improvement
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Show a commitment to inclusive education and pupil well-being
