Job Description
Pertemps Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bromley that is seeking a passionate and committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking school community.

Contract: Permanent or Temporary , Full-Time
Salary: M1 – UPS3 (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role:
- Teach a Key Stage 1 class (Year 1 or Year 2, depending on experience and preference)
- Deliver creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports every child’s learning and development
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, tailoring support to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive approach to teaching and learning
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and excellent classroom management
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
- ECTs are encouraged to apply – the school offers a comprehensive induction and mentoring programme
