The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to teach
English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for Key Stage 5 depending on experience. The successful candidate will bring a love for literature, strong subject knowledge, and a commitment to developing confident, articulate students.
We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and strong ECTs. The ideal candidate will: - Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Have a degree in English or a closely related field
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English education
- Be confident teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is desirable)
- Use creative and inclusive teaching strategies to engage all learners
- Show strong behaviour management, communication, and organisational skills
- Be committed to continuous professional development and school life
