  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the academic and emotional needs of pupils with SEMH
  • Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment using consistent behaviour strategies
  • Differentiate the curriculum to suit pupils with a range of learning profiles, including those with additional SEN such as ASD or ADHD
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider pastoral teams
  • Monitor and assess individual progress, setting achievable targets and reporting outcomes
  • Contribute to EHCP reviews, multi-agency meetings, and the development of individual behaviour support plans
  • Promote emotional regulation, resilience, and positive relationships through daily routines and interactions

Candidate Requirements:

Why Join This Provision?
  • Supportive Environment: Be part of a close-knit, values-led team that prioritises wellbeing and teamwork
  • Specialist Training: Ongoing professional development in SEMH, trauma-informed practice, and de-escalation strategies
  • Small Class Sizes: Teach in a low pupil-to-staff ratio setting with a strong emphasis on therapeutic support
