Role Overview:
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

- Contract: Full-Time / Permanent
- Salary: £102 - £115 per day (Dependent on experience)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient SEN Teaching Assistant who:
- Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.
- Is confident working across primary and secondary age groups in a specialist setting.
- Can build strong relationships with students, providing tailored support to help them access learning.
- Works well as part of a team, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
- Has excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting student development.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support, adapting learning materials to meet individual needs.
- Assist in implementing EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies.
- Support students in developing communication, independence, and life skills.
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure consistent and effective support.
- Help create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
