HVAC Engineer

Mobile HVAC Engineer £45/50k –

We are currently seeking a Mobile HVAC Air Conditioning engineer to join our rapidly growing business. We are a dynamic Company that has an excellent reputation for high quality work and has solid, ongoing relationships with our clients.

We are looking to expand our team with a HVAC Mobile Air conditioning Engineer working across multiple sites within London and the M25 Orbital

You will be working across both the public sector (Offices, Schools, Nursing Homes) and the private sector (Large residential Properties with HVAC equipment. You will primarily be carrying out Servicing and repairs in and around London area. This is a mobile service engineer position so must be prepared to travel from job to job.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible on day-to-day basis for all aspects of HVAC maintenance, Building Services PPMs and reactive works.

Be the first point of contact for all A/C issues.

Diagnose faults on various air conditioning systems and carry out necessary remedial repairs.

Fault finding on all forms of Air Conditioning, including Splits, VRF, DX & AHU’s

Have a good understanding of Controls and wiring.

Have a basic understanding of BMS Controls

Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry.

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent

2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)

Full Driving Licence

Experienced with service, maintenance, fault finding and repair.

 

Package  :

£45/50k per year

40 hours (Monday to Friday)

23 days’ annual holiday (plus paid Bank Holidays).
