Job Description
Their projects are predominantly Government buildings and serviced office contracts, along with some high end residential.
Due to growth of the Company, they are looking for a Service Manager to join their ranks and be based out of their Hertfordshire Office.
THE JOB – HVAC SERVICE MANAGER
Monday – Friday / 9.00am – 5.30pm / 40 Hour Weeks.
Duties in Role
- Leading the company’s service team under the guidance of Service Director and Operations Director
- Manage a team of 3 Service Coordinators and 10 Engineers
- Co-ordinate daily engineer activities: PPMs, remedial works and call-outs
- Technical support for engineers and coordinators
- Assist Service Coordinators with pricing of remedial works
- Managing F Gas compliance
- Maintaining & adhering to any client procedures
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients at all times.
- Enforcing & adhering to policies & procedures without exception.
- Enforcing & adhering to governing regulations without exception.
Required Knowledge & Experience (preferable)
- City & Guilds Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Current CSCS Skill Card, CITB SSSTS or SMSTS
- Minimum of 10 years experience working within HVAC industry
- Clean full UK driving licence
SALARY & PACKAGE
- £50,000 - £60,000
- Car Allowance - £5k
- Potential Bonus
- Pension - 3% Company contribution and 5% employee.
