Job Description
Role - Administrator (Housing)
Location - Wester Hailes, Edinburgh
Duration - Temporary until July (with possible extension)
Hours - 36 hours, Monday to Friday
Start date - ASAP
Pay rate - £13.48
As an Administrator working within the Housing team, the successful candidate will be carrying out, but not be limited to:
- Answer queries from residents by phone and email
- Calling customers to discuss their properties
- Sending out letters
- Supporting Housing Officers with general administration tasks
- Booking appointments
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Updating systems
- Any other tasks as required
You should have a proven track record in a busy administration role.
