Adult Social Work Advanced Practitioner, Staffordshire 
Hybrid working role with ideally 2 office days in Stafford. Fast paced front door service that completes initial assessments of need, and needs efficient, confident practitioner to join a team of 4 other SSWs. Supervising a cohort of staff and participating in daily rota of key tasks to manage incoming referrals, waiting list and quality assurance. 
£29.75 per hour.
