Job Description
- Take on a thrilling variety of adult social work, from Care Act Assessments and person-centered support planning to Mental Capacity Assessments and Section 42 Enquiries.
- Apply your experience working with diverse adult populations, including those with physical and learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults.
- Work with a strength-based approach to empower individuals and champion independence.
- Engage in crucial CHC and s117 work to ensure seamless support.
- Thrive in a supportive culture that offers regular supervision and celebrates your professional growth.
£28.40 per hour
