Hospital Social Worker, West Sussex  
Pay : £38 per hour  
 Location - St Richards Hospital  
Working arrangements : Mixture of home and hospital - Requirement of 2 - 3 days present in office a week  - will be required to attend the hospital to support with duty and visit the wards to undertake assessments and attend family meetings etc We also work as part of the multi-disciplinary team covering A&E and the emergency floor. 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
