Adult Social Worker, IWS east – community facing, Cornwall  

- understanding of risk, identification of risk and how to mitigate. 
- Safeguarding Adults knowledge and skill to manage and identify risk. 
- Complete needs assessments 
- Support planning skills to Commission  support and care. 
- Knowledge and experience of Care Act 
- Knowledge and experience of Mental Capacity Act. 
- Attend and chair range of meetings when needed in connection with the social worker role. 
- Ability to manage a varied case load. 
  
 Able to work from home remotely and be a car user to travel in and around East Locality Area - I would want the person to be in a reasonable commuting distance so they could undertake face to face assessments 
£32 per hour
