This occupational therapy role will be based in the adults early intervention team, this is a multi disciplinary team made up of social workers, assessment and enablement officers and occupational therapists. Its a hybrid role, where the team comes together one day a week in the office. The rest of the time therapists will be carrying out visits, and working from home. The team carries out enablement reviews for people coming out of hospital or through our front door and MASH team. 
£34.31 per hour
