Contract role – Immediate Care Team ICS
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Physiotherapist in the West Midlands
Team: Immediate Care Team ICS
- Essential: -
- Car driver -
- Registration with HCPC -
- Experience working in MDT and rehabilitation preferable. -
- Some post graduate experience rather than just qualified due to the complexity of the team's caseload at times.
- To work across all pathways of Intermediate Care – reablement, rapid response and rehab beds.
- Must have some community experience.
