Adult Social Worker, Norwich and Norfolk University Hospital 
£34 per hour  
We're seeking a full-time (37 hours per week) experienced Social Worker supporting hospital discharges predominantly at  Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, however at times supporting other hospitals and interim beds within central Norfolk.  You must have an ability to drive and travel. Experience conducting Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity & Best interest assessments is vital, to support a fast paced supportive team.
