Job Description
£25.93 per hour.
The successful candidate will working within the Adults Safeguarding Hub and will assist in gathering information, managing safeguarding referrals, and supporting decision-making in collaboration with social workers and partner agencies. We welcome applications from individuals who:
- Are passionate about safeguarding and early intervention
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Are confident communicating with professionals and families
- Remain calm under pressure and work well in fast-paced environments
- Have experience in social care, health, education, or related fields
- Supporting the triage and screening of safeguarding referrals
- Liaising with professionals and families to gather relevant information
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to assessments
- Promoting trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and strengths-based practice
- Assisting with the coordination of multi-agency meetings and follow-up actions
