Direct Payments Social Worker , Kensington  
Pay - £32 per hour  
Location: Working across Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC)   
Working Pattern: 3 days per week in the office  
Role Purpose: To support individuals in achieving greater choice and control over their care and support through the effective use of Direct Payments. This includes assessing needs, developing care plans, and ensuring individuals are empowered to manage their own support arrangements safely and sustainably.
