Private Rented Sector Housing Processing Officers, East London 
Pay rate to £28.44 per day 
Contract role, Local Authority Housing 
  
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Private Rented Sector Housing for a Local Authority in East London. 
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting. 
Responsibilities: 

• To clear backlog housing licensing applications for projects.  

• Must have  understanding of the Housing Act 2004 Part 2 & 3. 

• Good with computer systems, database such as Civica APP if possible.  

• Hybrid working is allowed but 3 days minimum in the office is required to work with the team. The hours are capped at 35 hours and no more than these hours.
