Pay rate £31.96 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced LSO for a Local Authority in Central London. 
Key Responsibilities  
Provide advice and guidance to property licence applicants  
Process and manage property licence applications  
Maintain and update housing-related databases  
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders  
Support Environmental Health Officers during inspections  
Contribute to service improvement and streamlining of licensing processes  
  
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority setting.
