Adult Social Worker, Monmouthshire 
This is an adults Social Work post. 
37 hours, but will consider 29.6 hours(4 days) for the right candidate.  
Please do not apply if you want less than 4 days.  
The role is to work in line with the Social Service and Well Being Act. 
Complete integrated assessments, Mental capacity assessments, reviews, support unqualified staff & support in the community / hospital.  
The role is with adults aged 18 and over with physical disability and / or mental health diagnosis. 
 
£38.43 per hour
