Pay rate to £45.38 per hour
Contract role, Local Government Housing
We are recruiting for an experienced Housing Needs Operational Manager in North London
Responsibilities include
- Support residents in navigating housing options and managing their situations independently.
- Develop and share self-help tools across council platforms.
- Provide accurate housing advice via interviews, calls, outreach, and home visits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory duties under housing and care legislation.
- Oversee and review Personalised Housing Plans to prevent or relieve homelessness.
- In-depth knowledge of housing services, policy, legislation, and equality issues.
- Awareness of housing challenges at national, regional, and local levels.
- Proven leadership experience in housing services and managing change.
