Rate: £28- £32  
A job brief - covering the key tasks to be completed in 3-6 months: -  
To complete community and placement reviews in a timely manner - To complete Mental Capacity Assessments on tenancy, finances, residence etc - To complete safeguarding adults work. - To undertake legal and Court of Protection work such as s.21 challenges and completing papers for appointment of deputies and appointees. - Attend and participate in staff meeting - Experience in setting up, providing advice on and reviewing Direct Payment care plans is desirable. - To complete Carers assessment and general support to carers - Provide concise and clear advise to vulnerable adults - To demonstrate applying relevant legislation to practice - Ability to learn or have experience in mosaic application and other IT systems.
