Senior Housing Benefits Officer, North London Pay rate c. £30 per hour Contract role, Housing Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Senior Housing Benefits Officer in North London.
You will need to have experience in a similar role and also the following:
Extensive and recent experience in submitting Housing Benefit Appeals and attending/presenting hearings at tribunals
Significant experience in Housing Benefits administration or a related field
Experience in managing and processing Housing Benefit claims
Strong understanding of housing legislation, including tenancy enforcement, debt recovery, and anti-social behaviour
There is plenty of hybrid working available, but you will need to be close enough to London to regularly attend hearings – this is not a remote role.
