Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Senior Early Help Practitioner within our Family Early Help Service, Experienced Senior Family Early Help Practitioners are sought pending recruitment for a number of roles located in the Under 11 Family Early Help Service.  
These roles will focus on supporting families working closely with partner agencies to deliver high quality early intervention to families in collaboration with primary schools  
You will have experience and working knowledge of an early intervention setting and statutory work with children and families with a demonstrable track record in family work and leading professional collaborations including health professionals, voluntary sector, police, social workers and other professionals to achieve best outcomes for children and their families. 
£30.76ph
