£33 per hour 
Pertemps are recruiting for a Qualified Social worker to work in a Peripatetic Team in Lancashire Council. 
The peripatetic team cover a Short-Term Support Service across the county which include Fylde and Wyre, Lancaster and Morecambe, Preston, and South Ribble, Skelmersdale and Ormskirk and East Lancashire, Social workers are required to support with triaging prior to people leaving hospital and completing reviews including DST's following hospital discharge in a timely manner. Social workers are also required to cover duty to manage urgent tasks. 
 
 There is plenty of hybrid working available.
