Personal Advisor, Cheshire East 
Pay rate - £18.89 per hour 

To act as a corporate parent for young people who are preparing to leave the care of the local authority. To provide qualitative assessments, ongoing support, advice and guidance to promote the potential of care leavers to develop the skills necessary to live independently. Enhance the capacity for care leavers to realise their full potential and become successful in all aspects of their lives. Provide a targeted, outcome focussed service to young people who are legally defined as care leavers therefore entitled to this provision.
