Contract role – Occupational Therapy backlog
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist in Bracknell Forest.
This is to work as a Safe Discharge Therapist to support people being discharged from hospital with either restarts of existing Care Packages in their own homes, or readmission into a Care Home.
THe role may also be suitable for a Physiotherapist with relevant experience.
