We are currently recruiting three Teaching Assistants to join a mainstream primary school in Redbridge (Ilford). This is an excellent opportunity for committed and enthusiastic individuals looking to build long‑term experience within a supportive school environment.
About the role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across the classroom on a 1:1 and small‑group basis
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
- Help maintain a positive, structured learning environment
- Support pupils with their academic and social development
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Have experience working in a primary school setting (desirable)
- Be reliable, proactive, and confident in the classroom
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to support pupils of varying abilities
- Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills
- Be looking for a role with potential long‑term or permanent opportunities
- £109 per day
