Job Description
Location: Hounslow, London
Pay: £545 per week
We are recruiting a SEN Support Worker to work in a college setting supporting vulnerable adults aged 19–25 with Autism and additional needs.
This role involves 1:1 and group support, assisting learners in lessons and daily activities, and may include personal care. You will play a key role in promoting independence, engagement, and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting Autistic adults or vulnerable learners
- Willingness to provide personal care
- Patient, caring, and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- £109 per day
- Supportive college environment
- Ongoing training and development
