We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Team Leader to join our clients labelling department. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a productive team
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Operations:
- Oversee daily work completion and staff productivity.
- Assemble and distribute order components.
- Planning and Coordination:
- Plan weekly production based on schedule and orders.
- Coordinate with dispatch and production supervisors for staff allocation.
- Inventory and Stock Control:
- Manage stock system and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock movements.
- Quality and Safety Management:
- Control waste and address spills and damages.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and monitor quality control issues.
- Team Leadership and Training:
- Train staff on equipment and safety practices.
- Ensure team motivation and coverage in your absence.
- Meetings and Development:
- Attend meetings and contribute to company development.
- Other Duties:
- Manage label room and perform additional tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications:- Counterbalance and reach certification.
- Leadership experience in production or labelling.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Team motivation and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
