Job Title: General Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
Location: Durham
Salary: Flat £13.58 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
Job Type: Flexible shifts – Days, Nights, Weekends

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant looking for flexible work in Durham?
We are currently recruiting HCAs to join our growing team, supporting a variety of healthcare settings including care homes, nursing homes, and supported living environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting with mobility and daily activities
Monitoring and recording observations
Promoting independence and dignity
Working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK
Minimum 6 months UK care experience
Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Up-to-date training certificates (or willingness to complete)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
