The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work across Key Stages 1 and 2, offering essential academic support through classroom assistance, small group interventions, and 1-2-1 sessions. Your role will be instrumental in raising attainment and helping pupils build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

The Candidate
