The Role
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with the school’s SENCO and class teachers to deliver targeted support for children with a range of needs. You’ll assist in the classroom, lead small group activities, and provide 1-2-1 interventions to help pupils develop confidence and make progress in both academic and social areas. This experience is ideal for a graduate considering a career in educational psychology, teaching, or SEN support.

The Candidate
The school is looking for a caring and committed graduate who is enthusiastic about helping children with additional needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with patience and a nurturing approach. Prior experience with children or in a school setting is beneficial but not required.
