The Role
As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher, providing classroom support, delivering 1-2-1 literacy and numeracy interventions, and leading booster sessions to small groups of children.  You will be supported by a welcoming team of experienced staff, who are committed to providing every child with an outstanding education.
 
The Candidate
This role is suitable for a recent graduate who is considering a career in teaching. You must be passionate about working with children and understand the importance of a brilliant education. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or young people in a professional or voluntary capacity, however this is not essential. Good communication skills, patience and the ability to build positive professional relationships are essential for this Graduate Teaching Assistant position.
