The Role
As an English Academic Coach, you will be working closely with the English department to support students in developing their reading, writing, and analytic skills. You will deliver targeted interventions, provide one-to-one and small group tuition, and support in-class learning across Key Stage 3 and 4. Your role will be instrumental in helping pupils gain confidence in English and prepare effectively for their GCSEs.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a recent English graduate who is considering a career in teaching. You should have strong subject knowledge, a passion for English Literature and Language, and excellent communication skills. A proactive approach, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to support young people are essential.
