Recruitment Consultant – Education, Secondary Desk
£30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham

We’re growing our Secondary Team and are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to support mainstream secondary schools across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

What You’ll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant on our Secondary Desk, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with secondary schools across Birmingham.
• Manage a busy desk covering both temporary supply and permanent recruitment.
• Source, interview, and place high-quality teaching and support staff.
• Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Deliver a high standard of service to both candidates and schools.
• Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are consistently met.

Who We’re Looking For:

• An experienced Recruitment Consultant (education experience desirable but not essential).
• A motivated, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A confident communicator who can build lasting relationships.
• Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
