£30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

We’re growing our Secondary Team and are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to support mainstream secondary schools across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

What You’ll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant on our Secondary Desk, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with secondary schools across Birmingham.
- Manage a busy desk covering both temporary supply and permanent recruitment.
- Source, interview, and place high-quality teaching and support staff.
- Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Deliver a high standard of service to both candidates and schools.
- Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are consistently met.
Who We’re Looking For:- An experienced Recruitment Consultant (education experience desirable but not essential).
- A motivated, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
