This outstanding secondary school in North Birmingham is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, providing both classroom support and small-group intervention.

Job Role:
• Supporting students in lessons, helping them stay focused and engaged
• Providing 1-2-1 and small-group support where required
• Working closely with the class teacher to adapt materials and activities
• Encouraging positive learning habits and supporting emotional well-being
• Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
• Helping students overcome barriers to learning and celebrating their progress

You Will Need:
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting young people
• Confidence supporting students across a range of subjects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Patience, resilience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed
